who is john simm. i like doctor who but who would he replacethe master who is he is he the doctor or wht ?

The information came from The Sun newspaper (see http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2001320029-2007040780,00.html) and as yet (to my knowledge) been neither confirmed nor denied by the BBC. Many fans have noted that this story is well timed to match with the beginning of publicity for Primeval (ITV's new rival show) but this is speculation at best.
