Hi.
I myself use the site below . Sometimes is best to use a couple . For a more accurate reading . Make sure no otyher programs are running @ the same time as this will show a slower connection speed :)

I do it by right-clicking the connect symbol in the system tray (the little computer-screen symbol, shining at lower right) and when the window pops up that offers "status" open it up and see the listed speed.
