It doesn't matter, they will still find a way to blame Bush for global warming. I have to wipe my own ***, blame Bush.

You really have to look at the whole thing objectively. Since GW's little speech, every doomsayer has come out of the woodwork and is tub-thumping away at full steam. Global warming is a fact for sure but, it is also no where near as bad as it's cracked up to be. If you do a workup of percentages, you'll find that "man/civilization", is not really a primary cause of the phenomenon. Natural macro-climate patterns are what's really going to decide the next shift which is not runaway warming.
The deep ocean currents will stall and send our world into a self-correcting cycle called a mini-ice age. This will last for a few generations and the world will warm up again.
Just doing the research instead of blindly trusting the media is all you have to do to find the truth.

We get it - you're not a fan of reality.

By the way, anybody who responds to news of global warming with "Oh yeah, well it's cold out!" is obviously the very lowest type of idiot, but it's typical of that mindset that they assume their own personal experience reflects that of the entire world. It's as if they went outside at night and deduced that the sun had burned out.

But even BushCo has had to do a 360 on the issue. What you usually hear now from GOP groupies is that global warming is happening, but it's debatable how much of it is caused by human activity. That's a more reasonable approach, but of course it's usually just made the excuse to continue guzzling fossil fuels without worrying about the consequences.

This attitude is successful because it asks nothing of people. They get to pretend that anybody who's actually concerned about the obvious problem is just a "whining liberal" who's been deceived by the media - this from people whose opinions come directly from oil industry lobbyists as channeled through their GOP idols. But what makes sense - the idea that a multi-billion-dollar industry with a huge profit stake in maintaining rates of consumption would dispute science which argues that said consumption is destroying the earth, or the idea that "the media" just likes to make people feel bad for the sheer fun of it?

The ultimate pursuit of a scientist is to prove themselves wrong. I sincerely hope that they are wrong about global warming. However it gives us incentive to clean up our air, water and planet. If not to prevent global warming but for our own protection. WE are spitting pollutants out that we KNOW make us sick.

We had a funky severe 1890s final week in January this 365 days. We do in basic terms no longer look on the thermometer anymore. The monsoon is enjoying truant. we've water in the reservoirs for in basic terms each week extra of hydel potential. we've unscheduled potential cuts of two to 3 hours an afternoon. it relatively is relatively international cooling in South India. we are able to dream, won't be able to we?

What will the conservatives say when they find out we're tired of them trying to dictate how the rest of the world lives?
Global warming is happening although right now I'd be hard pressed to prove it since it is -16 here.

How ironic. You can't admit that you have been proven wrong, and global warming is real with the science to back it up.
