KKK are everywhere and Mississippi is a very nice place to live and nice houses and not have to face Blizzard and stuff.
Why people wanna live in California, they have expensive ugly houses there.

Because the media when presenting Mississippi they show pics of Sugar Ditch Alley and other slum areas like some of the delta area. They never show the nicer side.
They would rather believe that Mississippians are on some sub-human level. That's what people want to believe so that is what the media give them.
Actually I believe Mississippi is the nation's best kept secret.

This might have something to do with it:

I have always heard that Mississippi is the most economically depressed state in the US, and those figures (for Dec. 2006) would seem to bear me out in one respect. I have visited Mississippi many times (used to live in Alabama), and it is beautiful, but the standard of living leaves much to be desired. This is not to say I'd want to live in California--I've turned down a job in San Diego before, because I DIDN'T want to live in California (and for other reasons).

I have lived in Mississippi my entire life, 46 years in the Delta and have never once seen the KKK. They are not everywhere. I do see thugs and gangstas and see once lovely towns turned into ghettos. If not wanting to live in the ghetto makes us racist, then so be it,

I live there. Some people feel Mississippi is too slow paced for them.

What are you talking about? The Klan aren't everywhere. What does Cali have to do with Mississippi?

so, let me get this straight....having KKK everywhere is suppose to be a bonus selling point???
I truly hope that God touches your heart and opens your eyes to His love....for all people! I encourage you to open a NIV Holy Bible and start reading....that will attract future Mississippi transplants.

You partially answered your own question.

"The KKK are everywhere"

Also, there are other issues with Hurricanes, heat, and poor public schools.
