Every team could scream "crime" about one of their players not making it to the all-star game... But only 24 players, 12 on each team make it there... Let's start:
Atlanta: Joe Johnson, Josh Smith
Boston: Pierce, Jefferson
Bobcats: Okafor
Bulls: Ben Wallace
Mavericks: Josh Howard
Nuggets: Carmelo Anthony, Camby
Warriors: Richardson
Lakers: Odom
Clippers: Brand
Grizzlies: Gasol, Miller
Bucks: Redd
Hornets: Paul
Sixers: Iguodala
Blazers: Randolph
Spurs: Parker
Sonics: Allen
What about those players? There are too much players and too much great teams for the selection to be fair. You just have to notice 2 or more players from the same team in the rosters...

As a Knicks fan, I completely agree with Marbury and Crawford, because what they're saying is true. Eddy Curry should have been an all-star because he has been playing great. It really is a crime that he was left off. So what if his rebounding isn't good enough for some people? The Knicks are still one of the best rebouding teams in the NBA (both offensively and defensively). The Knicks still have more rebounds (44.4) per game than the Magic, Celtics, Bulls, and Bobcats, and 76ers (all teams that supposedly have a better center than Curry) we already have David Lee who is a great rebounder, so Eddy is right where he needs to be, and his points will only continue to improve (he also scores higher than other Eastern centers). I too was very disappointed when I heard he hadn't made the all-star team. Sadly, the people who vote who call themselves NBA fans know nothing about the NBA because they only listen to hype, so they voted for Shaq who's only played in eight games this season. Plus, last time I checked, the Miami Heat weren't doing so great this season either. But instead, people only point fingers at the Knicks and use them as an example of what makes a bad team. What a shame. The Knicks will rise again, and they are great because they always they stick up for each other too, that is true character. The Knicks right now have a team full of talented and promising young players, and soon they will be a force again. People are talking crap about the Knicks now, but they will soon have to eat their words because the Knicks are gonna rise again. I still believe! I don't care what the Knicks-haters say, because I love my Knicks. They have been going through some dark days, but I know the sun will shine again, and this too shall pass. They are gonna be great again, just you wait.

The only reason curry did not make the all-star game is because of his rebounding and defense....he averages about 7 boards n less than a block a game, which is horrible for a big man....if curry could learn to get more rebounds n block some shots hell be an all-star, and remember hes still only 24 years old

Marbury need to be quiet. Eddy Curry didn't got in because his numbers wasn't that good to beat out Dwight Howard, Caron Butler, and Jermaine O'Neal. He wouldn't beat alot of dudes like Michael Redd, Joe Johnson, Ben Gordon. Marbury need to shut up. Who is he? He only made it to 2 All-Star Games. If Eddy would've had 20ppg, over 10rpg, and over 2bpg, then he would have an argument. But he has 19.7ppg, 7rpg. 7rpg? Come on now. Curry is a big man, give me 11.6 rpg. and he only has 0.5bpg. He is not worthy to be on the All-Star team. Maybe next year PAL. Work on your defensive skills and rebounding. .

I have to agree.
Eddy Curry is built like Shaq, measures 6-11, and only averages around 7 rebounds a game (which is a career high!) Sure, he can score, but he's not a dominant scorer, and his post moves are pretty limited.
I mean, really, Darko Milicic is a better rebounder and shot blocker than Curry!

Whenever an All-Star team iz selected somebody worthy gon' be left off. That's just the nature of the beast. There be only 24 spots available fa a league wit' 450 active playaz..
If you aks me, Corey Maggette (SF - LA Clippers) is one of the most underrated & overlooked playaz in the NBA.. Yea, mo' like snubbed, shafted &.. forgotten.

Eddy Curry is not even a top five center in the East. All he does is score and that's it. His rebounding is below average for a center and his shot blocking is atrocious. He gets no assists or steals and he's also a turnover machine. Off the top of my head five better centers would include:
Dwight Howard (Orl)
Emeka Okafor (Cha)
Ben Wallace (Chi)
Al Jefferson (Bos)
Samuel Dalebert (Phi)
Oh yea, Stephon Marbury is not even the 2nd best PG in his own division (Jason Kidd and T.J. Ford)

Cry me a river...PLEASE...the Knicks are in the LARGEST market in America. Tell their fans to try harder and vote more for their players if they want them in the All-Star game so badly.
