YOU can do nothing. YOUR SPOUSE, however, should go to the authorities (courts) and have a judgment against him so that he will have to pay you through the courts (or their agent).

There are many ways to do this, but using the courts is the one I know of the most.

If his child support is not court ordered,then take him to court and have the court order to have his wages garnished. If his support is court ordered, then you may need to take him back to court depending on the state you live in. Some states have out of court means of making fathers pay.

TAKE HIM BACK TO COURT. FILE THE PROPER PETITIONS AND DRAG HIM THROUGH COURT. THE COURTS WILL SUSPEND ANY LICENSE'S THAT HE MAY HOLD.

go to court and pull visitation rights. have him arrested.
