My ex and I are no longer, but I hate to admit I still have strong feelings for her. She's with someone else now, and not even a week ago, she tells me she misses me and loves me, wants to see me etc. We had a long-dist relationship, which of course didn't work out. I'm in the east coast for another 6 months, then I go back to west coast(where she's at). She knows this, but we still couldn't make it work, trust issues on both parts. I went to visit recently and even though she has someone else, when we saw eachother, one thing led to another. Two days ago she tells me she solely wants friendship, AND THAT'S IT! I know I should just say the hell with it, cuz this has happened before, yet when she saw me, SHE initiated contact first! Could this just be another mind game? Or could this be it?I figured, once a cheat always...and deep down I want us to get back together again one day. Am I just being a doormat, or second best? Why do ex's do that? Feel like they can come back any time?

Could she be using me at her own convenience? Do ex's usually come back later?

Personally, im very much against lesbianism. I hope the intimate relationship between you and her ends this instantly! But to your question, she is trying to be just friends. The Lord forbids it. Move on with a guy!

Get a life and move on. Deep down you already know the answer. If she is with someone and can initiate first contact with you, what does that really say!!! Like I said you already know the answer but you are looking for someone to say to you what you want to hear but I gotta call it like i see it. I can understand that you still love her and she still loves you, but call it quits and move on. There's someone out there for you both and by playing these games (and she's not the only one playing - it takes 2 to tango) and give yourself a chance to get someone that you deserve.

Good luck.

Well........ I would tell her in person exactly how you feel....Tell her if you love her.....It might make her think a little bit..... Me and my ex just started talking after 3mo.....He was my first love.... And we have relized we are the only ones for each other...... And one thing no one likes to be checked up on all the time... RELATIONSHIPS WILL NOT WORK IF THERE ARE TRUST ISSUES! Remember that..... My ex and I are living proof that long distant relationships do work.....Seriously, if its true love....

I've been in your shoes. She wants you as a back up plan, see women like her want to move on with others and the same time want you pining for them for the rest of your life, she would like you miserable as it makes her feel better knowing you are still available. My advice is to move on too like she has. She wants to be friends? Once you get in to the firends zone it is impossible to get out of that, is that what you want? If not, move on and make her regret it!

My advice is for you to just flat-out forget she exists.

That kind of person is just not the kind of person you need as a long-term partner. If she's going to throw words at you and play with your emotions like that, she doesn't deserve to be with anyone.
