The laws of the United Kingdom are upheld in the name and authority of Her Majesty The Queen. Judges, police, all the armed forces of the land swear an Oath of Allegiance to The Queen. WHO could arrest Her? What charge could they bring? The Queen, and only The Queen is excluded from all laws passed in the United Kingdom.

I don't see why not. No-one is above the law. The monarch's powers have been significantly reduced since the Civil War. The Queen rules only with the blessing of parliament. If they can chop the head off Charles I, they can arrest her if the monarchy got too pesky. It set a precedent. In 1890, Prince Edward (later VII) was forced to appear as a witness in court. The very existence of the monarchy has been in question since the time of Cromwell.

She can't be arrested as we know being arrested as the police work for her but she can be called to answer to the House of Lords if she did something bad enough. However if the republicans get their way ... Heaven forfend .... and she becomes plain Mrs. Windsor, then yes, she would be able to be arrested.

Almost certainly, I mean, If she went out stabbing people every night, in Whitechapel, with a rather large and very sharp knife. I am sure that someone would have to arrest her. I don't think anyone is beyond being arrested if the situation requires it.

No, but unforunately she could be assinated or overthrown. And when you compare that to being incarated, it's actually much worse.
