A=1/2hb (multiply both sides with 2)
2A=hb (divide both sides by b)
2A/b=h or h=2A/b

1/2 HB = AREA OF TRIANGLE

EG:
Height = 4
Base = 5

1/2(4*5)=1/2(20)=10

The key to simplifying algebra equations is to perform the same operation to both sides of the equation with the intention of cancelling elements out.

So for this one you need h on its own.
A=1/2hb
multiply both sides by 2
2A = hb
divide both sides by b
2A/b = h
