On a beach with my husband holding my hand as I feel the soft ocean breeze blowing in my face. We go once a year to Puerto Rico or Cancun and there is nothing like being on the beach it is so peaceful.

I feel at my best during winter. The colder it is, the better I feel.
The air is cold and fresh.... It energizes.. Unlike summer when it's stale, and humid... eww..
