Well, you could always die!
But I'm not suggesting that, it's too easy. (And it's bad for your health...Duh!)
No, ummmmmmm, well, you could move!
Moving gives you one heck of an opportunity to start over!
Or you could just deal with your life.
That would be my most definite suggestion.

Hi nachomanh,

You can change things by simply doing something new.
If you don't like the life you have now, it may be because you are in a rut.
Think carefully about the direction you want your life to go in and then make a plan. These things aren't always easy, but you won't know until you try it.
If you can get a friend involved, so much the better.

Of course, this is your life, you are stuck with that part of it, but you can bring about changes. Only you know what you want those changes to be.

Anyway, jolly good luck with it all. should you find what you are looking for, do come back and tell us about it, won't you?

Best wishes, Cassandra

No matter where you go, there you are.

This is a problem many people run into. They decide that they are unhappy because of their lives. So, they work and change their lives. Lose weight, get plastic surgery, find a different job, move to a different city, or about a thousand other things. They change all sorts of things about themselves only to find they are still unhappy. Sure, the change brought about a difference in attitude for a bit, but eventually they ended up unhappy again.

This is because a lot of people want to change things about themselves without really trying to understand who they are inside and what they can do to make themselves feel better. What I am trying to say is that changing factors in your life may not do the job if you are unhappy with yourself. Look within.

Like Yoda said when asked what was in there, "Only what you take with you."

Make a plan
Know where you want to go and do (in the short term and long term),
Find feasibleways to get there
Make sure you keep in check that you are doing the stuff that will change your life.

Most books will tell you similar things. But things I recommend you should look for is confidence, decisiveness, determination and passion for something you really want or enjoy.

Move on. I did and it was the best decision I ever made. Don't be afraid of not knowing what's going to happen, be positive because at the end of the day its a positive outlook that will get you to where you want to be. Visualise what you want and it will be, because what we think so we are. Create a mental picture of what you want your life to be like and then lose the fear because that is what holds us back. There is nothing to fear but fear itself!

It's because of the wrong thinking that we get confused. We have been deluded by the ego. Many people don't know what is 'ego' and so cannot separate the 'I' from 'my' and the true indentity of who you really are is not revealed. Once you know who you really is, the immortal self and not this body, mind and ego, you will be free.

BEST IDEA EVER: get yourself into the witness protection program. all you have to do is witness a murder of some sort, then the fbi will take you to a new state, youll get a new name, new house, and job. you might even have a say in making up your "past history". sounds like fun right?

It's easier to change than you think. Just go and live somewhere completely different and start again.
