The best park in Texas is Big Bend. However it is very far away from most of Texas, and is really only worth a visit if you have numerous days to spend there.
Some other beautiful parks are Garner State Park, Hill Country State Natural Area, Enchanted Rock, Pederneles Falls, and South Padre National Seashore.
