You can use an SQL*PLUS script that selects while you are spooling to a file. You just have to

spool path/filename
SELECT
spool off

There are lots of options that are available doing this, like creating a comma delimited file, a fixed length file and so on.

Import the data in to MS Access, then export it as a text file.
