Locate an SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) group in the area. If they can't fix it, they will almost certainly know someone who can. Their website, www.sca.org, will list groups in your area and probably contact info. Good luck.

Ask at a museum that has weapons exhibits. They will know. You might also try dealers that specialize in antique weapons.
