You only deserve what you earn. I do think that they were due though. Peyton matured a lot, and their linemen were awesome

Football is a strange great game. Some teams play really hard, all season, just to lose in playoffs and other teams don't play so well, all season, but really turn it up a notch in playoffs - the Colts happen to fall in the last group.
Inspite of the rain (which causes a slippery ball) I think they played really well against the Bears. I felt like the Bears were holding back a lot though.
Now, the strangeness about football; each team is owned by someone involved (somehow) with the mafia. Why do you think Al Davis was forced to move the Raiders to LA (sometime ago)?
He owed them something and the move was what the mafia demanded.
It's a lot like American Idol; the winner is decided before the game ever begins...................................

Yes, the Colts dominated every aspect of that football game. Their defense stepped up huge and what a rushing performance but Rhodes and Addai (the games' real MVP's). The Bears were confused on both sides of the ball and didnt make any adjustments the whole game.

i dont think the colts deserved it, cus well no one deserves anything. with the colts winning it, they just showed that they played a whole lot tougher game in and game out to finally win the super bowl.

Hell yeah the Colts won the Super Bowl fair and square. What type of question is that? Did the Colts deserve to win the Super Bowl? WTF?? The better team won last night. They didn't cheat...the Colts played their hearts out and won!

it is no longer about deserving, it is about executing and incomes it. i imagine the Colts are the more effective crew and performance what it takes to win... notwithstanding the game isn't gained or lost on records written on a paper, the game must be performed and something can ensue.

ABSOLUTELY! The Colts won fair and square, and the Bears showed their true colors by their behavior on AND off the field, they were mean spirited, poor sportsman and I am glad that they didn't walk away winners, because something tells me they would be sore WINNERS, just like t hey were sore LOSERS!

did you watch the game???? outside of the first minute of the game they stomped all over the bears! Not to mention they could have kicked another field goal with 1:30 left( which would have won me a hundred f ing dollars) chicago never had a real chance.

They deserved the win agains the Bears...but they shouldn't have even been there because they were given the AFC Championship over the Patriots by the damn refs...The Patriots got screwed...

Both teams played hard-- but I don't think Manning was deserving of the win.. He's got issues with being a sore loser- and shows many characteristics of bad-sportsmanship
