You need to increase the amount of virtual memory allocation and here is how:
Using administrator privileges open System in the Control Panel, choose the Advanced tab, and then click the Settings button in the Performance section. In the Performance Options dialogue box, click the Advanced tab. Then click the Change button to display the Virtual Memory dialogue box.
Ensure the root drive is highlighted at the top of the dialogue box and then in the Custom Size section enter a value in the Initial Size box to specify the starting size of the page file. Then enter a value in the Maximum Size box, which should be at least as large as the Initial Size you’ve just entered.
The Maximum Size value you choose will ultimately depend on your own individual circumstances. There are no hard and fast rules here, so use your discretion.
And Finally…
Click the Set button to record your new settings. Finally, click OK, and then restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

You are getting this error because either your virtual memory is full or it is setup for very low space. You can solve this problem by following the steps given below
Right click on my computer and select properties. It will open system properties for you. Click Advanced tab. Now click settings button under performance option. It will open another window, click advanced tab in this window and in the lower corner you will be seeing virtual memory and total paging file size for all drives. Click change and now it is up to you, if you have a large hard drive select any partition and select custom size if it is not already selected. Type 500 or 600 MB in initial size and 1200 or 1500 Mb in maximum size. Click set. Click Ok. Click Apply and then Ok and then click Ok again. Please restart your computer and you will not get low virtual memory error again.

when I get this message, its usually because I am running several programs at the same time that use up alot of memory to run. For me, I just shut down and restart and it works just fine. But the disc scan should help you out as well
