A man is married for 28 years, seperated for 2 1/2 years and just starting to go through is divorce proceedings. He meets a woman and is shocked at how much he feels for her and visa versa. Could he be ready for a relationship?

sure! enjoy, but be smart.. don't buy her a car, pay her bills, etc. :)

You are smart to ask yourself these questions, and to have waited 2 1/2. You don't have to get serious.. but you can enjoy affection and companionship. Take it slow and enjoy. You deserve it!

Yes and no... 28 years is a long time, and a lot of healing must be done befor ehe is ready. I wasn't really ready until 5 years after a 2.5 year relationship...beware if you are that person as he will go through the rebound phase.

Know her better and this time be carefull. Dont commit the same mistake again. Give yourself more time. If you think you can survive a few problems together then only consider moving deeper.

Absolutely, but do yourself a favor and take things slowly. Make sure it's not a rebound or you're not just attracted to the newness of it all.

just dont make mistakes as the first few times with other women is pretty much more infatuation and lust instead of love.

he could actually be ready for one...but he might need time to recuperate from the previous marriage...so he should wait a while
