There is a chemical process to extract caffeine from water...but not tea.

Freeze it solid. Place it in a cooled vacuum chamber.
Draw a vacuum, while slowly bringing it to the sublimation temp of water.

Freeze dried tea!!! :-)))))

depends what part of the tea you want to separate from H2O. if it's the entire leaf well good luck. if it's caffeine it's fairly easy extraction,
