It can be many things. If you have sand in the cage it could be caused from eating the sand. If you rub the bottom of it's belly and it feels bummpy it's from eating the sand. if you feed them crickets. The cricket should be no langer than half the size of it's head. are you feeding them crickets that fit between their eyes? if not they could become impacted in the intestines or throat. this can be very dangerous. it often causes a loss of appetite.
