I've eaten whatever I thought sounded good. If someone thinks I'm a slob for losing a spaghetti strand or eating finger food, or dropping a piece of lettuce, then that's no one who I'd want to live with. Because I do that at home!

I think pizza is great for casual dates.

Mexican food is good but can "backfire" on you later! LOL!

A seafood & pasta restaurant would be best. Here you will usually find good food, nice ambience, and a pace that's conducive to conversation.

Definitely not finger food. I'd go for something simple at a casual dining restaurant-- pasta, a chicken dish, salad

Im from Veracruz, a city in Mexico. Now, we go to little coffee shops and we use to go litle restaurants-bar near the beatch... they have nice music in the background and you can have a drink... you can have seefood and canapes! so you dont over eat and talk most of the time! good luck!

If it's me taking a lady out I would pick Mexican food but that's because that's what I like and she must like it to because I wouldn't have ask her out if she didn't like it.......

i would insist that my daughter have something with garlic bread, baked potato with lots of chives, and top it off with a nasty tasting cigar after dinner. that should get her home safely and early. ;>
