When does the male auratus mbuna turn black(change its color), after how many months?

The previous answerer is right. Male Auratus cichlids usually change their color (its not usually black, but more of a dark brownish/blue color) from between 8 months and 10 months of age. It also depends on whether you have any other males in the tank with him. Juvenile males will usually keep their female patterns longer if another aggressive adult male is in the tank to protect themselves.

Usually about 9 months old and up. Also depends on tank mates.
