Depends on the type of CD: look at the package. If you have a CDR then it's write-once, read-only. If you have the more expensive CDRW then it's write-many and you can write, erase, write, erase to your heart's content...

there are deferences between CD's like some are simple discs and some are removeable CD's which u can fill time and again and also remove that i wish u got me...

the only way to remove it is to have a CD-RW, and you can erase it by clicking on the eraser button of your software you are using.

If it is rewritable - yes.
If not - microwaves will destroy it beyond hope of salvage.
