Basically what I'm doing is that I'm giving him a memory box with some stuff I put together for him. I also made him a really nice card with a heartfelt poem that I wrote. I made him a poem book with pictures I have taken as well. : } I'm doing all this stuff because Valentine's is our first anniversary.

Well, I found this great website that has a lot of ideas that people sent in. A lot of great ideas... cheap, creative, sweet. So if you need other ideas, here ya go: http://scripts.lovingyou.com/mdb/search.cgi?mdb=ideas&cat=vday

All right, this works every time (assuming that he doesnt already have it). SCAREFACE BOX EDITION can be found at Best Buy. I got serious rewards for that. If that doesnt work the more romantic thing I've done is an engraved flask from Things Remembered in the mall. They can usually have it ready by the end of the day. Its up to u what to have them put on it. Its relativly inexpensive and shows that u care Plus, its beautiful and functional! And if all else fails naked with a bow on top of ur head=fun 4 both.

Ask him over and cook something easy together with candles and little heart confetti spread on the table. Cook like spaghetti with meatballs with garlic bread- guys can usually cook that without a problem. Laugh a lot and congratulate him and yourself for accomplishing such a great meal. Make some cupcakes and decorate them the day before so you can feed him cupcakes after dinner - use sprinkles on them - almost every guy I have ever known loves sprinkles and their eyes light up. The restaurants are all so crowded it really isn't intimate on Val Day anymore.

1. Take him on a sight-seeing airplane or helicopter ride over your area. See your home from above.

2. Go to a Butterfly Zoo.

3. Go to a Comedy Club.

4. Get him a Camera and take him away for a weekend to try it out, with the idea that the pictures will be printed in a book you do together.

5. If you're near a coast, go whale watching.

Ask him to borrow his vehicle go have an oil change done, rotate the tires, take it to a car wash and have it detailed. Coffee drinker? Buy him a Starbucks or Arabica coffee card. Write him a "thank you" letter acknowledging his improved "growth" in your relationship and tell him what you like best about him. Have your daughter do a handprint painting, write your letter within the painting.
