When I was a teen I worked for Winn Dixie...I loved it because they were flexible with my hours being that I was in school. I worked 4 hours on the week day and 8 hours on the weekend. They also are good with providing scholarships to college. I would check out some local grocery stores in the area that offer flexible schedules for teens :)

When I was 16, I worked at a clothing store in the mall. That's a good lace, it you don't want to be in a greasy fast food place. Or you can hostess at a restaurant.
