It recently became extremely cold where I live in the United States, but most apparel stores have sold out of their winter stuff and are stocking spring stuff. Is it possible that I can call up whoever produces their stuff and order from them? When I asked the store this question, they said no, but I was wondering if anyone had done anything like this.

I think thats is impossible because your going to buy in smaller guantity hence its meant to sell in larger guantity.
