What was the best revenge you got on someone, without doing real harm?

In a fit of childish revenge (I was 10 years old at the time) I used a nail to puncture my older brother’s football. No real harm was done when I ruined his most prized possession. Real harm was done when he found out that I did it.
When you’re ten, older brothers suck. When you’re 37, they’re just mildly annoying (but their kids are great!)

I had a boss one time who was a real jerk, so a couple of co-workers and I arranged through a florist friend of ours to have one red rose delivered to him each week anonymously. The first week he was as pleased as punch and actually called his wife to thank her! (oops!) By the 3rd week he was on the phone demanding to know who was sending the flowers..."we don't know sir it was a cash transaction"
In the 5th week he called the florist and told them he didn't care how many more he was supposed to receive, he wanted it stopped...NOW!
It was great fun. We all laughed ourselves silly over his angst, and nobody got hurt.
