I'm looking to buy one in the future, none are for sale at the moment but I wondered if anyone had sold up recently or had theirs valued.

As well as giving you access to the Land Registry records so you know exactly what properties are going for, you can pay £20 and get a ful valuation report which comes from the same system your building society would use to check the value of your property. I had mine done and was very pleased to read the results as well as the five-year forecast!
