Start with dark heavier materials. Light airy materials, like chiffons in shades like light pinks, blues, greens, etc, will make it very summer-y. Avoid knit tops as well, or layering with them, no tank tops with a tee over, very summer looking; linen too. Also avoid white shoes and sandals. Possibly match the shoes to your top or a color in the top if its multi-colored. Dressier accessories will help to, a few strands of pearls around the neck, maybe some cute crystal chandelier earrings.

I think that black would make it less summery. Maybe implement some red into the outfit as well. Just don't wear any soft colors, that will definitely make it out of season.

Be sure to wear dark tights and a dark top with it, as well as dark shoes. Just don't wear any additional white things.

I think that skirts tend to either look kind of trashy or cheap if they are tight and short, or these are just the ordinary jean skirts that are not necessarily sexy.

Try maxi skirts with the side slits those will look great on you! No matter whether you have long legs or not merely strut that skirt
