My dad hasnt drink for at least 2 years..and he started drinking January 31st......... I need help to see how to get custody papers...because i dont want to live with him while hes doing this.Umm i want to live with my mom.

Wait tell Mom what you want and Dad that you don't like him drinking. If he doesn't stop, If this hurt you. Your mom needs to go to the Court where he got custody. The papers are there. it could cost a dollar a page. GOD BLESS . Be patient .with Dad.

Tell your mom what's going on and ask her to take your dad back to court to change the custody arrangements. This is a serious problem. Go to your mom as soon as possible!

your mom will have to take him back to court. It all depends how old you are I think if your over 12 you are able to go to court and tell the judge yourself that you want to live with your mom. So tell your mom to file for a court date and you'll go to court. Thats the only way to get custody papers.

Just talk to family services and they can help you with this... How old are you anyways.. You may be old enough to choose anyways. Also talk to your mim and have her help too... She can go to court for you over this to try and get it changed.
