If Bush is a war criminal, every member of Congress including Hillary and John Kerry should also be. He sought and got their approval to go to war. Without votes from many Democrats there would have been no war. Also remember that the 2 biggest hawks in the Bush administration are Cheney and Rice, so they are war criminals too. Sure, he's made mistakes but people who blame him for things like global warming and Katrina are in effect calling him God.
