As someone said, it depends on the relationship. If the relationship is good, and the intimacy is good and she WOULD have consented should she be awake, then no. If the relationship sucks, and she wouldnt touch him with someone else's parts, then yes, it is rape because she wouldnt have consented if she were awake.

Yes, it is considered rape because you didn't get express permission to have sexual relations with your wife.

No, IF (big if) a prior conversation took place where she granted you privileges while she slept. Example: "Honey, if I'm asleep and you want to have sex with me, just go ahead."

In marriage not everything is explicit stated many things are implied. Consent being one of them. I've had this happen to me, and the act continued when I woke up in the middle of it. Did I feel raped? No. Did I feel used? Yes. Was there an in depth conversation afterwords where we both expressed our thoughts and feelings concerning what just took place? Yes.

So, I think it depends on the people involved and the relationship as a whole. But, IN GENERAL, if you do not have a person's consent to have sex with them it is rape.

I am really curious how one would pull that maneuver off .
I've been sleeping with the same woman for 35 years and I have never been able to get close to anything regarded as sex without her waking up. So at that point what is wrong with concent, much less active participation.
Whether you can call it rape or some other word where is the concept that we only have sex with willing participents?

Um...as extraordinary as that sounds, i've got considered it, and located you to erroneous. Molestation/rape potential relatively having intercourse. God by no potential had intercourse with Mary, and to that end it would not be rape or Molestation. And as nicely, Mary isn't/wasn't a baby. She became right into a grown lady. i think of he'd be on the intercourse criminal's record if discovered accountable (which I doubt might take place, Defence has a powerful case) yet no longer a Pervert or baby Molestor. So...He did no longer RAPE her, yet in basic terms used her as a vessle to deliver Jesus into the international...tho...it would desire to've been relatively extraordinary for Mary...

Good Lord, I've heard it all !!! To me, rape is an act of violence. Considering you're married and in bed with your wife. If you have sex with her and it doesn't even wake her up, I don't think anyone is going to press rape charges against you. You must have an extremely small penis dude.

You're married unless you're on bad terms I think that is part of a marriage we all have sex sometimes when we don't to. But still she was sleeping and you just figured you'd finish the job? Come on man why would you even finish if she wouldn't wake up.

I think it is considered rape. Why would you do that to her while she is sleeping and not awake?

Personally I gave my boyfriend permission to do this anytime, I think it's sexy, unless of course he finishes without me waking then it's not fair cause I missed out

If permission is not granted ahead of time, it's creepy and confusing for the recipient to wake up to...

Your best bet, keep playing with her until she wakes up and then if she's up for it keep going, if not, well... take care of yourself and let her sleep!!
