i have worked with international bpo for almost 2 years and also i have an experience as a cashier and iam not a graduate so where can i find hotel jobs in dubai

There are already quite a few hotel jobs and lots more coming as you can see in this Gulf News article, so if you are qualified you have a good chance:

The key thing is to make a good CV and apply to different jobs that match your experience. Some hotels have their vacancies on their website, but most of them go through recruitment agencies and jobsites.
I don't see many hospitality jobs advertised in the newspapers here in Dubai, but there are lots of open vacancies to find on the internet. If you cannot find enough, on my homepage I made a list with links about it.
