I think that, if the corruption and incompetence could be cut out, the budget could be cut in half. Too bad that corruption and incompetence work to prove the philosophy of the party that still occupies the White House.

Sounds like a good idea; that is, if the government actually had 2.9G$ to spend.....But hey, its all good, he's pretty much a lame duck. Why bother actually paying for it, when you can make your children pay for it in higher taxes down the road.
