No frozen spam! There not worth good meat! And my spam will be the extra large can, still in the can! Now that spam will bam!

I like using partially thawed ground round. It has that nice "thud" sound but has a good pain factor if the meat is still frozen in the center. It also leaves a nice residue on them.

Nah, I found out a few years ago that books are much more effective. Especially that English lit book I had that weighed about 10 pounds. And yes, I did hit someone with it. I got away with it too. Teachers never believe that the quiet kids can pull stuff. Silly teachers.
