No i sort of suck and jiggle at the same time.It usually snaps it off,little bit may remain though which calls for the tissued hand.

Invest in a razor.
The next time you take a shower, prop your foot up on the soap dish like a flamingo and shave off that pesky, incessant, unremitting flock of hair around your... um... you know... and VOILLA!!!!
