why did dean give up on rory in season 5 on gilmore girls? i thought he really wanted her even when he was married. i wished he didn't marry lindsay. i bet she was extremely angry at rory for sleeping with dean. i felt bad for lindsay. they show the episode when dean gets married tonight on the abc family channel. i miss dean.

Because it makes good tv :P Dean was a sadass monkey. Granted, he was Hot. However, he could never just make up his mind. He wanted his cake and Eat it too. Aint gonna happen buddy. Rory was to good for dean.. he was a nut.

Okay I'm a guy who watches Gilmore girls (that took courage) I have always thought Lauren Graham was hot! Dean was an idiot for cheating on his wife and thinking that he and Rory could have anything after that! She had outgrown him, and is doing well with Logan. I do think it's sad that he doesn't do cameos around town because if the town is so small we would eventually see him. I just want Lorelai to finally marry Luke and be done with it!

Rory slept with Dean in the season 4 finale 'Raincoats and Recipes.' It continued over till 'Say Goodbye to Daisy Miller,' the season 5 premiere. The first minutes were from Dean's P.O.V.

They tried dating after he left his wife, but it just didn't work. Rory was at Yale, schmoozing with the rich, getting cozy with the adorable Logan, and Dean realized they were from two different worlds. Anyway, I like Logan. I didn't at first...he seemed too sleazy and conceited, but then he went to all those extremes to win Rory back...I hope they can stick it out!

because he came to pick rory up for a date and she came out with logan and collin and the gang. he saw how they were dressed and how they talked and acted and realized that he just didnt fit in. she went off to yale and fits in to that whole rich life. i dont miss him, i think logan is muuuuch cuter.

well he decided to breke up with her because he realized that they lived in diferent worlds; he was a small town boy and she was part from a rich familly, she was going atr Yale and schmoozing with the rich people...and he didn't fit in that world
