How do astronauts do the following?

I'm doing a report for school and I need to know how astronauts eat, sleep, cook, exercise, bathe, and how female astronauts defacate and urinate. Please and Thank you

They eat prepackaged prepared food, kind of like camping food. Much the food comes precooked. It may or may not be heated before eating.

They sleep in sleeping bags fastened to the wall. Or you could call it the floor or ceiling; it doesn't really matter with no gravity.

There are various exercise machines, like stationary bicycles, that have straps to keep the astronaut in place.

The space toilet is basically a vacuum cleaner, with attachments for men and women.

They take sponge baths.

fren,here are answers to your questions
astronauts don`t cook in the shuttle,instead they take a tablet which helps them to gain all the nutrients required by them
secondly,due to lack of gravitational field in the space,sleeping is very tough.you may have seen in the television pipal flying,n that`s how they sleep.exercise is also one of the serious matter for the astronauts for making there muscles working.they take normal exersice kits with them and spend more time on it.usually they clean themselves with a piece of tissue paper or something like that.both clothes of male and female astronauts are designed in such a way that the defacation and urinations can be done in it.

Those guys suck up their food by bags. Their tied to special beds when they sleep. Their food was cooked on earth. to exercise they have a treadmill which they hold on tight. They bath in capsules. There toilet sucks up everything that goes inside it. Its hard to an astronaut dude. Hope that helps.
