Basically, How do I make the screen display normal size rather than having everything HUGE. I want to see the whole picture rather than the OVER-SIZED picture screen.

Start, Settings, Control Panel, Display, then change your it to (usually) 800x600 but one of the sizes should fix your problem.

right click on your desktop and then click on properties. click on settings. then slide the arrow bar to different settings and it will let you choose whether you want that setting or not. Keep doing this until you find the right setting
