Elections are to be held in PUNJAB & UTTARANCHAL in FEB 2007. All POLITICAL PARTIES are AGAINST MERIT & POOR.
Is there any MERIT to VOTE a POLITICAL PARTY when ALL PARTIES are AGAINST MERIT & POOR/DEPRIVED?
ELECTIONS in DELHI & UP are also to be held in near future.
Do you feel that this stratagy will compell the political parties to think for poor/deprived & merit.

Surprisingly nobody answered to this question. I strongly believe in not voting in a state where the politicians dont have any ideals / principles or rather you can say merits . there are more of thugs and criminals even a murder seems to be competing .
so for whom are these guy fighting election ,to make a country progress or to derail a country's future prospects?
To be more emphatic,i have never voted in an election . ifeel that if an entire state or an entire nation bycotts such gimmics in the name of democracy, some sense will prevail in the mind of the politicians and in the long run our future generation may get a governance by people who mean social service when fighting elections

If people can abstain from voting in favour of any of the present political parties , they can at least prevent criminals from coming to power .
no body can be compelled to vote in favour of any person whom he consider as useless and not good for the country. So people have a right to reject any candidate . en now in all ballot paper a specific provision should be made enabling voters to reject all the contestants if they think that none of them is good or useful to the society and the country.
