He hasn't eaten in a month, but the weather in Chicago is below 30 degrees so I'm not surprised hes not eating due to the harsh weather conditions outside. But he keeps moving around, moving his head to the top of the tank. What is wrong with him? I hold him everyday for a few hours, and make sure he is warm, and that his tank is warm. Is this normal behavior. Also, is it normal for a snake to poop more than once after hes pooped the first time?

whether corn snakes are generally very docile, there'll constantly be exceptions to the guideline. after all, they are going to each have their own personalities. one situation you are going to be able to attempt doing to get it greater powerful used on your fragrance is take a t-shirt you do not care approximately, placed on it for the day and then decrease it up right into some products. place a pair of those products in the tank - i can assure the two snakes will use those products as a conceal quicker or later. using fact the cloth smells such as you and because they are taking preserve in those products of fabric, they are going to come to associate your fragrance with convenience/secure practices. i can't promise that your new corn will settle down, yet which will stack the opportunities slightly greater on your favour. And from own journey, this has helped with getting my as quickly as very flighty Variable Kingsnake to settle down an excellent bit.

Is it possible it's too warm in the tank for him? Corn snakes are native to temperate climates, they don't need tropical temperatures. Corn snakes are naturally found in the southeastern US, from New Jersey south to Florida.
