Can anyone give me an estimate on how much they think a water and an electricity bill would be in a 689sqft aparment, with an average usage on both. Thank you.

you should contact your utility companies' customer service deptartment and request an average monthly bill for your address

It kinda depends on how much of the above you use. Most times when you call the Electric company you can ask for a level pay, some times they will do this they will just average what has been used and then you have a set payment every month then one that goes up and down, this is great then you know how much to budget for. As for the water again it goes with how much you use...I pay for the electric $81 approx. (that is on level pay) and for water it varies on how much we use
