That would be skillful use of language verbally, as opposed to written language skills.

Think of the speaking skills necessary to master a public speech or to conduct a face-to-face job interview. These would require strong verbal skills. I don't think "oral" conducts the true sense of your question.

Oral language skills has to do with How you pronounce words, and possibly your vocabulary and how wide it spans.

it's speaches, and the way you pronounce words.... very important once you get into the work world...
