Have you ever heard of the blue hour? That is the time when it is one hour before sunrise and it is a special time for playing music in some african cultures. Many Jazz musicians also consider this a prime time for improvisational jams. The blue hour is considered the best time to play outdoors by some because the lighting changes abruptly with all sorts of colors, it is a very quiet time, and it is also the time when many animals, like elephants, go to drink water from rivers and streams.

This is the way it is here. Well I have to be up during the day at times too. It wares on a person.
When the kids get older and all of them get out of the house it will be nice to sleep in. Mr. is on the swing shift, and kids need to be up for school. I have to be up to put everything together and to see everyone.

not really, it messes up your schedule but i do it anyway most of the time. im nocturnal basically
cant sleep much, ive become an insomniac due to lovesickness.
yesterday evening i slept a good bit..then at night i did for a few hours. so for a change i woke up this morning early.
i already want a nap for some reason

When I was a little girl, that is what I mostly did-despite my mom's unhappiness about it. They gave me the nick name "Nighthawk" or "Nightowl".
But, now being an adult, I would rather sleep at night and be up in the day.
