First, you need to determine what port your "internet radio" is using. If you're using it over http, the port is TCP/80.

Second, you need to create a static IP address for your computer. Open a command prompt (start/run/"cmd"). At the prompt, type "ipconfig /all". Write down the IP number, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS IP numbers. Then, in the properties of your network connection, manually enter all that info.

Third, you need to forward the port (TCP/80 if it's http) to your computer. Access the router's configuration page and look for "port fowarding" (some routers call it "applications and gaming" or some other such nonsense). You need to forward the port # from the router to the IP address of your computer (Such as forwarding port 80 to 192.168.1.10 if that's the IP address of your computer).

That will forward all calls to your internet radio through the router to your computer.

I'm pretty sure youre going to have to open a path through the router to allow it to broadcast the radio.
