Thats a big NO! A pen drive is external storage only. It can not be used as ram at least not on XP on earlier versions of Windows

To comment on the below statement, Yes you can use it as ram in Vista using readyboost, however flash drives can only be written to only a finite amount of times before the wear out. It would be senseless to use it as ram, you'd be buying new flash drives frequently. Better off just buying another stick of ram and save money

its way too slow even if u could .. it would be no better than virtual memory on ur harddrive ....
