You haven't specified , unfit in what way. Unfit for the job you are doing or physically unfit. If it's physically unfit then I suggest you have a word with your Doctor and see what he/she suggests on how to get fit, exercise , change of diet, stop smoking/drinking or whatever. If it's unfit for the job you are doing, then they employed you to do that job and unless you have changed since they first employed you they cannot sack you for this or downgrade you. Good Luck.

If that's the worst that was said, then it's nothing to worry about. Many bosses feel the need to put something negative in the review even if there really isn't anything.
Unfit really doesn't mean anything anyway. Forget about it.

Well, it's not good. I don't know what your job is but it either means that you are not in shape physically or that you are unqualified, unsuitable, or incompetent in your job. Look up the word unfit in the dictionary.

You have to ask the question, were they referring to your job position or the state of your health. It's no good asking the message board because we don't know what was behind the statement. Just ask who made the remark exactly what they meant and don't be afraid.

It's never good to have negative non-constructive comments on your review. What were they referring to, your health, your qualifications, or the type of job you are doing?

well maybe it's a power tripp thing...sometime people like to make others feel unwelcome or unfit to make themselves feel better..it really sucks but you just got to let those people revel in their power tripp...eventualy they will be told...
