How do i hook up xbox live without cable internet? using wireless?

I currently live in an apartment complex where i can connect to other peoples wireless internets. Is there a way i can connect my xbox to this wireless internet access even without the ethernet cords?

You can buy a usb wireless adaptor for you xbox. It is an official Microsoft Product so you don't even have to worry about it not working.
