The lyrics of a song once said "Paranoia is awareness, that's why we're scared of it."
There must be a reason you feel a heightened awareness. Instead of asking this question, I think you should explore why you feel this way.

This depends on what you are worried about. But your question does show lots of anxiety so - you could say that you might be tending towards paranoia

paranoia is a state of mind and behaviour, obviously with implicit belief change about yourself and the rest of the world, but, it isn't who you are.
