I'm french educated (I don't live in france) but I speak english as well (I'm half american). I'm in high school and have good grades, I am planning on pursuing a medical career so I'm focusing on science. I want to go to an American College too. I'm hesitating between going to IB or Bac S (in science), take a look at this link to see what is bac S:

It's called S or série scientifique. They focus on math and science.

So which program do you think I should follow? Which one is better for my medical career?

High schools over here offer advanced classes for IB credit so kids who enter college arrive with certain fundamentals already taught. If you really wanna pursue a medical career, I'd say do something in biochemistry or a pre-med program (in America, many schools offer a pre-med program before allowing kids to enter medical graduate school).
