GWB is not intelligent enough to be evil or a mastermind. And he is far too arrogant to allow himself to be a puppet in the hands of others.
I believe that he is an egotistical maniac...who is more interested in his name attached to the office than anything else. He is smug and sarcastic, and rarely listens to others.
